Looking for Oracle Pl/SQL developer with below mentioned skill set:

Job Description
(Roles and responsibilities)                         

Designing, coding, debugging, documenting and supporting efficient and effective computer applications and tools consistent with established specifications and business requirements.

Performance Tuning
Interpret / analyze business requirements & functional specifications.
Determine the impact of proposed functionality on current system.
Provide input/assist in conducting system feasibility studies.
Participate in and/or Create Design documents. 
Completes independently efficient coding on complex applications. 
Document unit test plans; completes unit testing successfully

 (Skills and Qualifications)            

Should be ok to work on both development and production support projects.
Must have good experience at SQL (e.g. joins, functions, sub queries, Data Manipulation etc).
Must have good experience at PL/SQL programming (e.g. Procedures, packages, functions, exceptions etc.).
Should have thorough understanding, knowledge, exposure to advanced PL/SQL.
Experience at performance tuning is a must.
Should have good knowledge, exposure & experience to Unix commands.
Knowledge and exposure to Shell Scripting OR Perl would be an added advantage.
Should have fantastic communication skills, willing to relocate any locations in India as per the business demands.
